Can I start for free without a credit card?
Yes. Every account starts with a 3-day trial with full access to every feature — no payment details needed. Add a card during your trial to extend it to a full 7 days.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll ask you to confirm continuing on Pro before anything is charged — there's no silent auto-billing. If you decline, or a charge fails, your account is locked until you subscribe. Your products and data stay safe and are restored the moment you're active again.
How does the Instagram auto-import work?
Tag any post on your connected Instagram account with #hooq_product and Hooqq imports it as a listing automatically — including carousel images. Edit the caption to mark something sold and your storefront updates on its own. When you connect an account, we also backfill your existing tagged posts (30 days on the trial, up to a year on Pro, full history on Enterprise).
How does the bank transfer checkout work?
During onboarding you enter your bank name, account number, and account name. When a customer wants to buy, they see your bank details on the product page, make a transfer, then upload a photo of their receipt. You review it in your dashboard and confirm or decline.
What social media accounts are supported?
Hooqq connects to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through the official Meta API. You need a Facebook Page (personal profiles are not supported). Once connected, you can auto-post to both platforms in one click.
What counts against my scheduled post limit?
Only posts waiting to go out at a future time count toward your plan's scheduled post limit. Posting immediately, or posts that have already gone out, don't count against it.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database. Images and videos are stored on Bunny.net with secure URLs. Payment details (account numbers) are shown only to customers on your own storefront.
