These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hooqq's storefront and social auto-posting service (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Hooqq lets you build a public storefront, manage a product catalog, and connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to automatically publish and schedule posts for your products. Some features (page limits, scheduled auto-repost, import backfill depth) vary by plan.
New accounts start on a free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription (Pro or Enterprise), billed on a recurring basis through Paystack.
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you authorize Hooqq to publish posts to it and, if you enable import, to read its existing posts on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect and post to any Page or account you link, and for complying with Meta's own Terms of Service and Community Standards. Hooqq is not responsible for actions Meta takes against your Page or account (including removal, restriction, or API access changes), or for outages or changes to Meta's platform that affect posting or import.

When a buyer submits an order through your storefront, we pass their name, contact details, and any message or receipt they provide directly to you. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and respond to that buyer information, and for complying with any applicable consumer protection or data protection laws in how you handle it.
You retain ownership of the product content (photos, videos, descriptions) you upload. You grant Hooqq a limited license to host, display, and publish that content to the Pages and accounts you connect, solely to operate the Service on your behalf. The Hooqq name, logo, and platform itself remain our property.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with notice where reasonably possible.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hooqq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or lost data, arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
